Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Oto9.in, we strive to provide the best IT services to our clients. We understand that sometimes situations change, and you may need to cancel or request a refund for our services. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are accepted.

  1. Services Eligible for Cancellation and RefundThis policy applies to the following services offered by Oto9.in:
    • Software Development
    • IT Consulting
    • Technical Support
  2. Cancellation Policy2.1 Cancellation by Client
    • Notice Period: Clients may cancel their service agreement within 5 calendar days from the date of service initiation (“Cooling-off Period”) to be eligible for a full refund.
    • How to Cancel: To cancel your service, please contact us in writing at info@oto9.in with the subject line “Cancellation Request.” Include your name, contact information, service details, and reason for cancellation.
    2.2 Cancellation by Oto9.in
    Oto9.in reserves the right to cancel service agreements under the following circumstances:
    • Non-Payment: If the client fails to make timely payments as agreed.
    • Violation of Terms: If the client violates our Terms and Conditions or engages in prohibited activities.
    • Technical Issues: If unforeseen technical issues prevent us from delivering the agreed-upon services.
    In such cases, we will provide notice to the client and may offer a prorated refund based on the portion of services not delivered.
  3. Refund Policy3.1 Eligibility for Refund
    • Full Refund: Clients who cancel their services within the 5-day Cooling-off Period are eligible for a full refund.
    • Prorated Refund: Clients may be eligible for a prorated refund if services are partially delivered or if the cancellation is due to Oto9.in’s inability to provide the services.
    3.2 Non-Refundable Services
    Certain services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:
    • Custom software development projects where work has commenced.
    • Services provided by third-party vendors as part of a bundled offering.
    • Any non-refundable fees explicitly stated in the service agreement.
    3.3 Processing Refunds
    • Request Submission: To request a refund, contact us at info@oto9.in with the subject line “Refund Request.” Include your name, contact information, service details, and reason for the refund.
    • Review Process: Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days. We may require additional information to process the refund.
    • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
  4. Amendments to PolicyOto9.in reserves the right to amend this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any updates.
